Research and Professional Support

PatientPoint® has committed significant resources toward research. In addition to monitoring the ever-changing medical landscape, we also want to understand the needs of the medical community who are challenged by these events. We invest in the research necessary to stay abreast of patients, physicians, clinical staff and medical administration, to ensure our programs support them.

  • PatientPoint editorial staff and program developers regularly conduct research with both patients and doctors via national web surveys, focus groups and one-on-one research to better understand the ever-changing needs of patients, doctors and practice staff.
  • A panel of doctors supports each specialty line of PatientPoint programs, to serve as expert consultants for that program's materials. Doctors provide critical insight as to which topics should be covered, as well as how we can best present the information for maximum benefit to patients.
  • PatientPoint supports all of our programs with a medical review by practicing physicians in the field/specialty related to the editorial content of each specific program. This ensures the medical accuracy of each and every piece of educational content before it is published.
